Royal Caribbean's final Vision class ships, the Vision of the Seas & Rhapsody of the Seas originally debuting in 1998 & 1997 respectively. They were an evolution on the design of Grandeur & Enchantment of the Seas, featuring many of the same amenities and design features.

Royal Caribbean's 2nd pair of Vision class ships, featuring Grandeur of the Seas & Enchantment of the Seas. Originally debuting as nearly original twins in 1996 and 1997 respectively. In 2005, Enchantment of the Seas was lengthened, being cut midship and having a 73 foot section of the ship added in. Grandeur of the Seas was due to transfer to Pullmantur in 2021, but that was cancelled after the collapse of Pullmantur.

The first 2 ships in Royal Caribbean's Vision class, Legend of the Seas & Splendour of the Seas, debuting in 1995 and 1996 respectively. Both ships had sailed all around the world, with Legend of the Seas becoming the most traveled ship in the Royal Caribbean fleet having sailed to nearly every Royal Caribbean destination including some of the most exotic cruise destinations in the world such as Alaska, Australia, Asia, Central/South America & the Middle East. Both ships transferred to Marella (then TUI Cruises) with Splendour becoming Marella Discovery in 2016 and Legend becoming Marella Discovery 2 in 2017.

Royal Caribbean's Sovereign-class, consisting of Sovereign of the Seas, Monarch of the Seas, & Majesty of the Seas, debuting in 1988, 1991, & 1992 respectively, were the worlds largest ships at the time, with the Sovereign-class being considered the world's first "mega ships". In 2008 and 2013, Sovereign of the Seas & Monarch of the Seas transferred to Royal Caribbean's spanish line Pullmantur. Majesty of the Seas was sold in 2020 during the covid-19 pandemic. Sovereign & Monarch were scrapped in 2020, while Majesty of the Seas remains in lay-up with her fate still being undetermined.

A fictional variant of Majesty of the Seas if she ever would have received the baby blue hull that first debuted on Oasis class ships and has since also been added to Voyager & Freedom of the Seas during their amplifications. There is also a version of her with a large name on the side of her hull like Odyssey & Wonder of the Seas have.

Empress of the Seas, originally launching as Nordic Empress in 1990, being the last Royal Caribbean ship name to not end with -of the Seas, was Royal Caribbean's smallest cruise ship. She was originally ordered by Admiral Cruises, and was redesigned for Royal Caribbean when they bought out the cruise line. In 2004, she had her name changed to Empress of the Seas. She was transferred to Pullmantur in 2008 and sailed with them until 2016 when she was brought back into the Royal Caribbean fleet and was mainly used for cruising to Cuba. She was sold in 2020 to Indian start up cruise line Cordelia.
