Costa's versions of Carnival's Vista class, soon to be joining Carnival under the Costa by Carnival name, the Costa Venezia & Costa Firenze. Both ships were originally designated for Costa's Asian market, however following the COVID-19 pandemic and industry shutdown in 2020, the ships were pulled from Asia and redeployed for sailings in the Mediterranean. In June 2022, it was announced that both ships would be transferred to the new Costa by Carnival line, with Venezia sailing year round from NYC starting in May 2023, and Firenze joining the fleet in Spring 2024 sailing from Long Beach, CA.

Costa Luminosa & Costa Deliziosa, a hybrid between Costa & Carnival's Spirit class & the Vista class ships operated by HAL, P&O, & Cunard. The ships debuted in 2009 & 2010, respectively. They were part of a 5 ship expansion program for Costa cruises, also including Concordia class sisters Pacifica, Fascinosa, & Favolosa. Costa Luminosa transferred to Carnival Cruise Line in 2022, being renamed Carnival Luminosa and entering service in November 2022, sailing seasonally between Alaska & Australia.

Costa's versions of Carnival's Destiny class with some modifications, known as the Fortuna class, featuring the Costa Fortuna & Costa Magica. The ships debuted in 2003 and 2004, respectively. Costa Magica was originally planned to transfer to Carnival Cruise Line after undergoing a major refurbishment in 2022 but that plan was later cancelled in favor of transferring the now Carnival Luminosa into the fleet.

Costa Celebration was planned to operate for Costa Cruises starting in November 2014, after the brand obsorbed sister brand IberoCruises. The ship was the former Carnival Celebration, and later the Grand Celebration for IberoCruises prior to the transfer to Costa. One day before her inaugural cruise for Costa, it was announced she had been sold, and later revealed she would operate as Grand Celebration for newly-formed Bahamas Paradise Cruise Line, sailing 2-Night cruises to the Bahamas from West Palm Beach. The ship was sold for scrap in late 2020.

Formerly Carnival's 'Tropicale', Costa Tropicale served for Carnival Corp.'s Italian line between 2000-2005, sailing mainly in the Mediterranean along with a season in Brazil & South America. The ship later moved on to P&O Australia, Pullmantur, and finally Peace Boat before being sold for scrap in 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic industry shutdown.
