The Cassiopeia-class is a cruise ship built for Hellenic Line. The lead ship Cassiopeia was built in early 1998 in Chantiers de l'Atlantique in Saint-Nazaire, France and is registered in Piraeus, Greece. The ship was christened on October 11, 1999 in New York City. The maiden voyage was the following day on October 12, 1999. Later through the years, the second ship Cygnus was launched on March 2000, The third ship Andromeda was launched on June 2001, and the fourth and final ship Perseus was launched in April 2002.
